2 pounds gone and 3 pair of pants no longer fit. Have lost NO inches off my waist, but every where else. The best: my upper arms don't flap and have some tone!

- eating: Eating "Clean & Healthy" meals
- cardio: 30 minutes a day Ultimate goal= 45 minutes
- strength training: 3x a week Plus "Boot Camp" exercises.
- water: minimum of 10 glasses a day:
