can do some of it.. have a sprained wrist so have to be careful.. but good idea to keep us going!

Slim in 6 is a DVD program from Beachbody (p90 and all those)

I'm on day 3 and it's rough! LOL

But fun....There is a couple of teams for it that I am on so it's nice to chat with people who are doing it with me.

Yea, I don't have any idea how many I can even do. I am pretty small frame 100lbs 5'0'' I know that when I was working out a couple years ago I could do over 20 push ups. I will prob. adjust my goals once I do the routine, or maybe I will leave them just the way they are and have something to really strive for!

I whsy ou the best of luck as well! What is Slim in 6?

Good luck! I can only do 10 push ups (which is 9 more than I thought I could) but hoping to have that to 20 or more by the time I'm done with Slim in 6

I wanted to start teh new year with a new challenge, personal challenges if you want. These are goals I want to be able to do by the end of the month. I will do them now and then report back everyday on how im improving, until I am set in my routine then I will report a few times a week. Here are mine:

+ Run everyday to Balboa Park and back home. (About 2.5-3miles)
+ Do 10 Pull Ups
+ Do 20 Push Ups
+ Do 10 Negatives (30 sec. each) (this is where you hold your body weight at the lowest push up position you can, for as long as you can.)
+ Do the full body work out on the ab-ball.

This is all for now. I hope that I can stay on top of it by reporting everyday.




Edit: Added in the distance I would be jogging and doing intervals with.
