I have posted this both in my blog for the day, as well as on the Fitness Tracker. If you want to view my thoughts on the day's workout, just check out my blog.
Today's achievements were as follows:
1. Yoga (yaey, getting better by the day).
2. Treadmill, 30 minutes (for some reason, today I could only run half that, but I did speed walk the rest).
3. Crunches and laterals, 80.
4. Cycle 15 minutes (that's all I had time for. Met up with my trainer).
5. Machine squats, 3 sets.
6. Modified plank, 3 sets.
7. Cycle crunches, 3 sets (I have no idea how many he made me do, it was insane).
8. Seated machine arm pulls, 3 sets.
9. Bench press on a ball, 2 sets.
10. Arm curls, 3 sets.
11. Modified pushups, 3 sets.
12. Weighted standing twists (it was core thing, never saw this one before).
13. Cycle 60 minutes.

7/6 22 min treadmill=2.5 miles=300 calories, 30 min circuit =300 calories, 15 min abs = 100 calories
7/7 20 min treadmill=2.5 miles=300 calories, 1 HARD hour strength training, super sets and jump rope between=700 calories
7/8 65 min running outdoors=6.5 miles= 825 calories
7/9 1 hour strength training, super sets and jump rope between=650 calories
total 442 minutes, 20.5 miles, 5330 calories
7/11 45 min run outdoors=5 miles=625 calories
7/12 40 min run outdoors=4 miles=500 calories
7/13 60 min run outdoors and treadmill=6.5 miles=800 calories
7/14 20 minute run outdoors=2.6 miles=310 calories, 1 hour strength training, super sets=600 calories, 20 min bike ride=3.5 miles=200 calories
7/15 15 min run outdoors=1.5 miles=175 calories, 1 hour strength training with super sets=600 calories
