Haha. I wish I could do just ONE pull up. I have to do assisted pull ups with a chair.. but I am able to do little mini ones now.. (Which btw I was super excited about.. closest I have ever gotten in my life)

I am going to join this. My new roommate has a pull up bar. I don't think I can even do one ... but I will try and report back later when I get home. :o)

20 pullups in one SET is something that most of the fit people I know are unable to do. I went on deployment with both Sailors and Marines and I didn't see a single man in there or woman for that matter who was able to crank out more than 12 or 15. So, for everyone in this challenge, those who join the team, GO FOR IT! Let me know when the San Diego challenge is and I will be there cheering everyone on. I myself, am unable to complete one rep, so a set of 20 is beyond where I believe I'll ever be. and that's ok for me.

Just created a team called 'Pull-Ups, Chin-Ups, and Other Manly Exercises' and we need members.

It's a challenge team in that the goal is to be able to do 20 pull-ups in one rep. One method for training to get to that point has been posted, and it's for any skill level.

Also, this is by no means a 'guys only' team. Would love to have some ladies give this a go too. I myself am only just starting, so it's ground zero for everyone right now! So please check it out by clicking the link right here in my signature.
