Challenges are usually focused on weight loss or exercise goals for the month. This challenge is a little different but has positive results. It was mentioned in one of my other teams and I thought it would be fun for our team as well. All of our members will have an opportunity to create a challenge. Here's how it works.
I will post the first challenge. The person that replies to that post will DO the challenge and post a new challenge for the next person. Be creative with your challenges whether they be food or exercise related. Examples: eat a piece of fruit, do 10 crunches, wash the window, dance to your favorite song, drink a glass of water, 10 minutes of quiet time.
1.) If you decided to accept the challenge, you must do the challenge after posting a new challenge for the next member. (This will avoid 2 or 3 members trying to do the same challenge)
2.) Your challenge must be something people can do immediately but no longer than 5 minutes.
