Think I'm hitting a plateau.
Need to change up some routines.
Been really stressed & getting ready to have out-of-town visitors & then I'm going on vacation.

Maybe the stress has had an impact & part of reason the weight loss has slowed ????
Clothes definitely feel different though & measurements are going good - so not too worried.

I weigh everyday to help me stay focused on what I'm doing. I put my weight on the frig and also next to my t.v. in my bedroom. I'm down 103 pounds this year and my daughter is down 60 pounds this year. We both are working hard to get closer to our dream.

worked out Saturday for 40minutes - this morning I weighed myself and still at 154. Trying to lose at least 2 pounds by weeks end
