Hey, LD...those are some of my favorite oatmeal! I am a flight attendant and eat many breakfasts in either a hotel room or on the plane...The packaging is perfect for me! Thanks for sharing all the info! And yes...please continue to post helpful information!

I mix together my own oatmeal, using Stepfanie's Oatmeal Mix from the Sparkpeople Cookbook, and scoop a serving into a baggie every morning. Then I add a fresh apple, once I'm at work. Can't imagine my workday breakfast any other way any more :)
When everything feels like an uphill struggle, just think of the view from the top.
When you see a person on a mountain top, just remember they did not fall there!
I'm kind of obsessed with this stuff right now. It has flax in it (300 mg of OMEGA-3), 28 grams of whole grains per serving, and 3g of fiber. It comes in a bunch of flavors, environmentally friendly packaging and here is the COOLEST part: the pouch is a measuring cup for the water. I HATE when I put too much or too little water in instant oatmeal b/c I don't carry a 2/3 cup measuring cup around in my purse. And it's pretty cheap! $1.59 for a 5-pack.
