Um, it's not spam. I was just really excited. My bad...I'll think twice about posting to the Boards again if it has the potential to be so negative. Sheesh.

Is this spam? If not, please tone it down a bit. It's one thing to share your experience with a particular food, quite another to unreservedly shill a commercial product and gush about the price and convenience.

I mix together my own oatmeal, using Stepfanie's Oatmeal Mix from the Sparkpeople Cookbook, and scoop a serving into a baggie every morning. Then I add a fresh apple, once I'm at work. Can't imagine my workday breakfast any other way any more :)

You guys! I found the most delicious, easy breakfast that you can eat AT WORK. Have you heard of Better Oats Oat Revolution?

www.betteroats.com/ingredients.php

I'm kind of obsessed with this stuff right now. It has flax in it (300 mg of OMEGA-3), 28 grams of whole grains per serving, and 3g of fiber. It comes in a bunch of flavors, environmentally friendly packaging and here is the COOLEST part: the pouch is a measuring cup for the water. I HATE when I put too much or too little water in instant oatmeal b/c I don't carry a 2/3 cup measuring cup around in my purse. And it's pretty cheap! $1.59 for a 5-pack.

Give it a try! :)
