I love cinnamon. I use it on applesauce, my oatmeal/apple breakfast, on Cheerios and oh remember cinnamon toast in a bowl with sugar and milk. I loved that when I was a kid! I'l keep thinking of ideas. Cinnamon helps stabilize sugar.

If you are prone to Anxiety attacks Use a little table salt (not Sea Salt) on your finger and put it on the tip of your thung and take a deep breath and the attack will calm down.
