I have tips on Anxiety Foods. Cinnamon, Pineapple, use the Cinnamon daily in your food some way. example: Cinnamon on wheat toast, in your morning cereal. If you are prone to Anxiety attacks Use a little table salt (not Sea Salt) on your finger and put it on the tip of your thung and take a deep breath and the attack will calm down. I carry a packet of salt with me at all times. This works I have used it many times.
