Thank you for the link. I was trying to find a list of whole foods so I could start giving them a try. I've been eating a lot of garbage for many years and didn't know where to start on the whole foods track.

A friend of mine just told me about this site. After a quick glance, I think I'm going to have to bookmark it and visit more often!

It's called the "World's Healthiest Foods" site, and they seem very focused not just on encouraging people to eat whole foods, but also on identifying the best whole food sources of nutrients.
