My mantra right now is one step forward and 2 steps back. I wasn't going to let the .2 pounds from the last 2 weeks affect me but it obviously did as I gained 3 pounds this week. I am going to try to stay positive and get moving and watching my calories better again. I CAN DO THIS!!!

Once again I only lost .2 pounds but it's better than gaining and a reminder to get back to exercising. I am going to win this thing and not get down. I am continuing with my daily affirmations!!

I lost another 2 pounds this week, bringing my total weight loss since Dec. 18th to 7 pounds! I am beyond excited. I have a pair of "fat" jeans that I could barely button (and had NO business subjecting the general public to that sight) when I started this endeavor and my goal is to be able to fit in them comfortably by the end of January. I am dying to try them on, but I promised myself that I wouldn't jump the gun...I am going to wait until the 31st to put them on. Who knows...maybe then they'll be a little saggy on me?

Down 4 pounds this week. I've got no special formula. I cook dinner out of the "Eat Clean Diet Book" by Tosa Reno and I exercise at least 15 minutes daily, but usually more!

I am down 2#s. I have been working really hard this week. Exercising at least 60 minutes a day and eating really well. I also saw some changes is my measurements so that is a plus, but I was hoping for more from the scale. Oh well....slow and steady wins the race, right?

I just bought my scale tonight!
I was actually 126, which is not really better than I thought considering my muscle mass is near in the negative!
So now I can actually measure my progress with a scale and measurements... although to be honest I don't care what the numbers on the scales say as long as I'm building muscle and losing fat.

Well Friday's are my weigh-in days so I am here to post that I lost 2 pounds since December 8th!!!

This was my first weigh-in so I was excited to see the scale go down!!
