* It does me no injury - for my neighbor to say there are 20 gods, or no God. It neither picks my pocket nor breaks my leg. - Thomas Jefferson * There is no need for temples, no need for complicated philosophies. My brain and my heart are my temples; my philosophy is kindness. - Dalai Lama
I can handle 7 but prefer 8. I would say I'm almost always on the verge of a nap but only take them on weekends. I'm too sluggish for my own liking! This is a subject that I've been trying to get some insight on lately so I'm curious to see all the answers come in!
I need at least 8 hours of sleep, and if I don't get to bed before or at 10pm I'm really exhausted no matter how long I sleep. Also, if left I sleep about 10-11 hours but am groggy all day after that. So hitting the right time and amount of sleep is really hard. Currently I get about 6-7 hours when I'm shifting and it's not ideal at all.
