Sunday I went for an hr walk then mowed 1/2 the yard
Monday skipped
Tuesday walked 40 min at my lunch break
Today walked to the library with Gavin and back home and then walked through Zoar while Gavin rode his bike til he was done.

Yesterday and today I got in a nice walk at lunch time. I really am glad I started walking at lunch time. Thursday I walked 1.83 miles in 30 min and today I walked 1,71 in 28 min.

So Monday and Tuesday I only got in 20-25 min each day walking at my lunch break. By the time I got home both days it was around 7 and I still needed to make dinner and everything else us mommy's do after work with the kiddos. Today I am off and I plan to be outside for a walk d Gavin ride his bike that way I can get in a quicker walk.

Yesterday I got in 30 min JS 30 min Total Body Sculpt + 20 min walk at lunch + 1 hr leisure walk with Gavin around downtown.

Today I mowed the yard + 20 min Belly Fat Blasting Cardio

I walked this morning at work on the treadmill at the Dr office and then I had to wait a few minutes for Anna to get out of work to take her home so I got out of the warm truck and walked 6 min around the whole facility and back to the truck. I was going to go one more round but Anna was done. Happy with myself!!

Here we go! My goal is at least 30 minutes of exercise each day
1/1 - 30 minutes - Sportskool cardio video
1/2 - 40 minutes - Popsugar fitness videos
1/3 - 35 minutes - elliptical machine
1/4 - 45 minutes - 15 min. abs 30 min Sportskool cardio viode
1/5 - 30 minutes - 30 minutes walking video
1/6 - 42 minutes - 20 full body strength training, 10 abs and 12 minute cardio videos
1/7 - 34 minutes - Jessica Smith cardio video
1/8 - 40 minutes - 30 Jessica Smith cardio kickboxing, 10 Jessica Smith abs
1/9 - 40 minutes - Marie Forleo latin dance video
1/10 - 45 minutes walk
1/11 - 30 min elliptical
1/12 - on the slopes from 9 to noon today. Hard to judge how long I wa actively skiing. No loft lines but part of the time I was riding the chair.
1/13 - 90 minutes hiking
1/14 - 30 minute walk, 10 minutes strength training
1/15 - 20 minutes elliptical trainer and 60 minutes walking in the city
1/16 - half day of skiing
1/17 - 55 minutes stationary bike
1/18 - 30 minutes walking video
1/19 - 45 minutes walking video
1/20 - 40 minutes zumba video
1/21 - 30 minutes full body strength training
