Thanks for cheering me on. I was starting to think I wasnt going to loose anything. I think my new meds have helped. Plus having my husband watching what he eats helps a lot too. He has lost 20 pounds. Really has helped his health also.

hello all glad to see everyone is making progress . Thank you Dtoney! Im excited to be dancing in that building alone! Im in a hiphop dance performance. Ill be performing with 16 other participants the last two weeks of November.
So between practice and working out I should beable to drop another 2-4 pounds by turkey day or at least by the end of the month.
im down 3 pounds...slow but more effort wont hurt, i have been slacking alittle.......

ok if you havent read my blog. I got a new scale it says I weigh in at 161.2 this morning. My old scale was old whenI got it so apparently it had big time issues. Changed battery in it and it didnt work so my sweet hubby bought me a brand new one.
So thats my weight. I seriously thought about making a new lose 10 by and make it by Christmas. maybe by Christmas I will be back where I was at on the old scale.

Hey ladies! So Ive been officially on the ball for this challenge but Im confused! Ive been working hard since last Thursday with taking an aerobics class, weights and toning, hip hop dance, brisk walk and pilates class all in a weekends time (the eating wasnt bad either).
I was 194 on Friday and now my scale says that im 202!! this cant be true an 8 pound weight gain in the weekend? I also started a detox and have been feeling extremely bloated....idk what it could be????
So Im gonna take Dtoney's advice and kick the scale to the curb for a while...so i wont drive myself crazy lol.... I'll weigh in on October 31st :)
But today im hitting the eliptical for a nice cardio workout......I Just got news that Im a braidsmaid in a December wedding so this challenge is a PRIORITY!!!

Working out and using the nutrition tracker! I have the Biggest Loser Bootcamp DVD and Weight Loss Yoga that I plan on using 3-4 times a week. I have also rented dvds from the library to switch it up a bit. Stay in or around my calorie range and drinking plenty of H2O is helping me. Hope this helps!

Labor Day is one week away and I thought it will be a great idea to keep us going to drop another 10 pounds.
