I want to motivate all of you and I want to be motivated by you!!!!!!!! I am trying very hard to get back on track. I truly hope you are all doing well.

"Living a healthy lifestyle will only deprive you of poor health, lethargy, and fat."

~Jill Johnson~

Keeping this in mind, I try my best to live a healthy life style... Cause if it deprives me of poor health, lethargy, and fat... Then I'll be happier! :)

"A word is not the same with one writer as with another. One tears it from his guts. The other pulls it out of his overcoat pocket."
-Charles Peguy

I see this quote as the diffeence between journalism and fiction, both of which I have written. Just a sec...fiction and poetry and then Journalism. Though they all take skill different mechanisms are used in each.

True, This!
Beneath the rule of men entirely great,
The pen is mightier than the sword. Behold
The arch-enchanters wand! itself a nothing!
But taking sorcery from the master-hand
To paralyse the Csars, and to strike
The loud earth breathless! Take away the sword
States can be saved without it!

Edward Bulwer-Lytton, 1839

I just love this, and though it doesn't have much to do with fitness, it reminds me, during those times when it seems as if no one will ever consider my writing worthwhile, that there is always hope, and that all we can do in life is to forge on in spite of self-doubt and fear of obscurity. So, forge on, because time passes and we can only move forward.

I certainly don't regret my experiences because without them, I couldn't imagine who or where I would be today. Life is an amazing gift to those who have overcome great obstacles, and attitude is everything! - Sasha Azevedo

Simply great quote.

How about the one under my posts - It's not the mountain we conquor, but ourselves.

Long story... but I got to the summit of Mt Kilimanjaro on my second attempt, so the saying means a lot to me.

Here's an inspirational quote I came up with that I've already used in my huddle, and in the Daily Chat thread.

"Today is the day, not tomorrow, today!!!" - Desiree I. (that's me!)
