It depends on how well the pool was heated. I'd swim if I didn't have to freeze to death.
I don't mind walking- but I can do that at home or in the mall,
I'd use the weight training machines, if they aren't too complicated or intimidating.

A and C. I like classes at gyms because I usually execsize in solitude at home. And a class is like an appointment that I feel obligated to keep.

B, walking on the track I'm not a gym rat and never will be but we've done the YMCA membership a couple of summers for my son to swim, and I usually ended up on the track or treadmill.

I put option E on there for you Darlene!!!
I am NOT going to ever be a gym rat---I simply would not go. And I'm not much for group exercise either....
B would be the most likely choice for me. I think I'd try to keep a good attitude and walk a couple miles on the track since I was already there!!

You have won a free pass to your local gym to try it out and see if you'd like to become a "gym rat".....
What do you think you'd like to do there???
A) Hit the pool for laps or a water aerobics class
B) Walk a mile or two on the walking track
C) Jump into the next Zumba Class
D) Sign up for their spinning classes
E) Get a drink from the Juice Bar "to go" and hightail it for the nearest exit
