To be able to get up at 8:00am instead of 6:00am. I am not a morning person at all and that would make a huge difference in my mood. I could stay up longer than I get to now, and I have more mental energy at night. Oh well, I can dream....but I don't think the world is going to change to suit my body clock! emoticon

I would work part time so that I had more freedom in scheduling exercise and more time to make healthier meals!

Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.

Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!

I would exercise earlier; I'm not a morning person so my exercise time is either right before or right after dinner
