Cindy- you go to My Trackers- Reports- it will give you the option of today's differential or a differential over time.

How do you access it? I run the nutrition report at the end of the day; is that it?

I don't very often, but sometimes I need some encouragement (like when hard work isn't showing). If my hard work is showing on the calorie differential report, than I always figure my body will get the message later.

I think if you are a techy person or a charts & graphs person it is helpful, but if that isn't your deal, it probably isn't helpful.

I think it might be a great thing especially as I near goal and the weight is harder to take off!

Yes - When I am seriously trying to stay on track - I do look at that report. Calories in - Calories out is important to me!

I've just started to use it. I figure it might be a tool that can help me keep on track and accountable.
