Me, my kids, my husband, I don't want bigger clothes, I want to exercise and play outside and not feel out of shape.

I was in the largest size clothes I had ever worn and they were getting tight. I refused to go buy a larger size; I'm frugal, plus that made me realize just how big I had gotten. So I found sparkpeople and and went down 4 sizes.
Now, I feel better, I'm healthier and I'm active.

I wanted to be able to keep up with my grandson and be active with him. But I started this journey for ME ME ME!! And in the past couple of years - I have quit making myself a priority and that is part of my problem now.
Behold the turtle, he only makes progress when he sticks his neck out.
Baby Steps will get you to the same place as giant leaps as long as you are going in the right direction!!
ME.; My feet used to hurt when I got up or out of bed, my knees made noise, I couldn't walk very far and I got out of breath easily....so i'm doing this for me and i'm ;my own inspiration.
