I was up at 4:20 a.m. this Tuesday and on my stationary bike at 4:50. I have completed 52 fitness minutes so far this morning..
The challenge is to get in shape and stay in shape. I am on the stationary bike most every day - seven days a week. Sometimes I get only 30 minutes but I do this every day. How about you? What are you doing to challenge yourself to be fit.?
