The chia seed is readily available now but the cost of it is around $9.00 per pound. At one time I was getting it for less than $5.00 per pound.

I was up at 4:20 a.m. this Tuesday and on my stationary bike at 4:50. I have completed 52 fitness minutes so far this morning..

The challenge is to get in shape and stay in shape. I am on the stationary bike most every day - seven days a week. Sometimes I get only 30 minutes but I do this every day. How about you? What are you doing to challenge yourself to be fit.?

During the day I was able to work two ten minute periods of cardio/strength exercises for a total of 80 minurtes today. I am at a weight now that I have not seen since my 20s and that is 50 years ago. I should have been doing this all along but always put it off. Thank you for responding to my entries on this forum.

Good morning all! I was up even earlier than I usually am this Thursday morning and on my stationary bike at 4:45 a.m.. I pedaled away from 45 minutes and worked with the kettlebells for 15. Now I think I will go back later and get more cardio in beyond my goal. What do you think of that?

Good morning, Team on this 8 degree Monday morning. I was before 4:30 a.m. and logged on with SPARKPEOPLE. I was on my stationary bike at 4:50 a.m. and completed my 60 minutes of cardio/strength exercises to meet my personal challenge for the day. I just may go back and get more time in later in the day too.

Have you checked out an exercise program using kettlebells. I work with either two 5-pounders or two 10-pounders. And I either do 10 minurtes or 15 minutes each time I work with them. I will get your heart rate up and burn those calories off. Check it out if you haven't already.

Good morning, Harley Women and Men Team members!

I am challenging myself each and every day. I am usually getting sixty minutes or more of cardio/strengthening exercises seven days a week. I never miss a breakfast or any other meal for that matter. My weight is good. My blood pressure is holding good between the exercise and the four prescription pills I take each day. My blood chemistry is so good. I have an annual physical in March and hopefully it will continue to support my regimen.

How is everyone doing in meeting their challenges?

Good after, Team! I am reaching my exercise goals each and every day. I am up to 60 minutes of cardio/strength exercises. I usually am on my stationary bike by 5:00 a.m. and then I complete my strength goals with two kettlebells. I am holding my weight at 205. Went up a little bit during the holidays but it is back on target. I am good!

Good afternoon, Team! This is an echo entry of yesterday since I again completed 55 minutes on my stationary bike this morning and last night I went back and completed an additonal 15 minutes to give me a total of 70 minutes for the day. And I still have not started on my strength exercise.

Good morning, Team! I actually pedaled a third day in a row for 55 minutes on the stationary bike. And late yesterday I pedaled for an additional 15 minutes in the evening for a total of 70 minutes. I must get motivated to perform strength exercise too.

Good morning, Team. I followed through and continued second day of 55 minutes on my stationary bike in the early morning. Yesterday, following the cardio exercise on the stationary bike my wife and I took a walk through the marsh on a "Rail Trail" and this about three hours after my cardio exercise on the stationary bike. I might have whined a little bit during that walk. It was three miles in length.

Good morning, Team! Has anyone or better yet - has everyone completed their goal in cardio exercise for today, Thursday, 31 March 2011, the last day of the month and the last day of the quarter. Imagine a quarter of 2011 has already flown by. Are we ready for the next quarter and all the challenges it will represent. Like more motorcycle riding; can you lift the bike up off its kick stand? WooHoo!

Good morning, Team. I won 20 points on the spin of the SPARK wheel this morning and I earned ten points for my cardio exercise and that is what SPARKPEOPLE is all about nutrition, exercise and water. I have had three eight ounce glasses of chilled distilled water already today. WooHo!

What are other members of this site doing for exercise? I am using a stationary bike each morning and now I am up to 50 minutes per day at least in one session to burn away those calories. What are other members doing to log their exercise.
