Not tried the Your Fitness Evolved yet... I'm into UFC Trainer right now... it freakin hurts, but doesn't really try to correct form. As long as your doing the same general movement it counts your exercise. I do have a prob with the Kinect following all of my movements when I 'hit the mitts' it only registers about 1/2. I've tried adjusting lighting, moving forward/back.... very frustrating!

Just to clear things up. I ment %90+ of the time on the xbox, not which exercise program I use. The other %10 is a mix of movies/games/etc

I've been using the Xbox 360 now for a while mostly (%90+) of the time with the "Your shape" program. It wouldn't be appropriate to call it a game as it's no toy as far as I'm concerned. It compliments my other equipment based workout with some good action that really get the heart going (not to mention the rest of my body). I especially like the kickboxing as it works prity much all of my body, but you have to really work to keep up in all areas of the class. No slacking of because It tries to correct you :)

I've purchased and tried "The biggest looser" but I just cant seem to get into it. I get the feeling it's trying to look like the show, and in doing so has lost something!

The Kinect is great. We are going to get the fitness games after baby arrives, which I'm sure are 10x better than even the Wii's EA Active.

Plus.. with the kinect, the hands-free controls on Netflix are pretty neat to play with.

Proverbs 3:7-8 Do not be wise in your own eyes; fear the LORD and shun evil. This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones.

1 Timothy 4:8 For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come.

I finally got the Kinect and I played most of the demos. I enjoy playing the free game that came with it with my wife and I have Your Shape: Fitness game for the personal trainer feel. They correct your speed and form during your workouts. You can choose Tai Chi, Yoga or Cardio-Kickboxing classes. Plus, (I havent tried it yet) they have personal 6, 9 or 12 week programs to reach your goals. It's some neat stuff.

After playing the Dance Central demo, I traded my DDR mats & games in for the actual Dance Central game. Same kinda workout, but with better music, no mats and more realistic dance moves to make me the flyest white guy in the dance clubs. lol

My wife has been wanting the Wii for the fit games for awhile, but this year she said she wants the Kinect that comes out this fall. More than likely it will have many flaws at first, but we're gonna get it and try it anyways. Anyone else tempted to get it? The current price it's listed at is still steep, but cheaper than a new Wii, board and games.

Thanks! I'm not sold on Xbox's motion controllers yet after seeing the E3 reviews but I will certainly keep up on the reviews as they continue to improve it. Also I'm going to look into the original xbox game you mention. I still have my original xbox =P.

I have yourself fitness for original xbox that still plays on xbox 360. It's a good program. If you've seen my fitness coach then you've seen yourself fitness. Do you remember those little videos Mcdonalds gave out with salads with trainer Maya. That was it. Not so much a game but you can unlock different gym's.

I have not, I am not even sure what ones are out there. I would think you will see a lot more once Kinect comes out.

All I ever hear about is Wii Fit. Has anyone tired any XBox fitness games? If yes, what one did you try? What did you think?
