I had a combination of activity today! I'm doing a squat challenge, so I did 135 squats today! Yow! I also did 10 minutes on the stationary bike before work, and 15 minutes on the treadmill (walk/jog) when I got home. I even played around with the incline and put it up to 12% at one point. Like climbing a mountain! emoticon It's been a good day.
