Well, you havn't drunk caffeine your entire life. Unless a doctor says ' you must be on it forever' i doubt it's impossible to get off of.
i am not a fan of coffee, but i do like tea, usually.... so i can feel you on that one. I believe they also make caffeine pills though. not sure, never looked into them. (not like, yellow jackets, but like, legitimate morning pill or something)

If you want to avoid the migraines, try having one cup of black coffee or tea in the morning, and leave it at that.
I have been off soda for almost a year and a half now. Maybe once ever two or three weeks i have a 20oz caffeine free soda or juice, but 98% of my month is all water. I don't miss it, and i have save a LOT of money.
I went from a 2liter a day, to nothing. And yeah, i had a lot of withdraw for a while. about a week. After that though, it got much better. I also lost 15lbs when i stopped drinking it. So, i hope you get down to zero! =P

I am down to 1 can of Coke Classic a day. I used to drink up to 6 cans a day. Then I was watching the Biggest Losers and I think it was Bob that said, "DON"T DRINK YOU CALORIES." That hit me since I was drinking around 840 calories a day. Now, I will have half can of coke in morning and the rest in the evening.(140 calories). Sometime I will share a coke with my husband then I only have half a coke.

I am posting this as a request of some memebers that are trying to track/limit soda intake. If you can't give it up then maybe just 1 can/day only 2 days per week! I will join this challenege and anyone else can cut and paste this in your reply:
