If you want to avoid the migraines, try having one cup of black coffee or tea in the morning, and leave it at that.
I have been off soda for almost a year and a half now. Maybe once ever two or three weeks i have a 20oz caffeine free soda or juice, but 98% of my month is all water. I don't miss it, and i have save a LOT of money.
I went from a 2liter a day, to nothing. And yeah, i had a lot of withdraw for a while. about a week. After that though, it got much better. I also lost 15lbs when i stopped drinking it. So, i hope you get down to zero! =P
I never saw a wild thing sorry for itself. A bird will fall frozen dead from a bough without ever having felt sorry for itself.
