Thanks for the support!

I did manage to get some exercise in this week. Not the level that I would like but any is better than none.

Things are closer to normal again for now. So today I'm taking time for 5k jog, and about 2 hours of martial arts training.

Dealing with some major work related drama this week.
I am probably not going to be as active as I need to be, but I will be back full force next week.
I don't know why stuff always has to happen right when I start to build momentum......
