Is this the main place we chat on this team?
I think leaving a Spark Goodie for each other is a good idea.
The one left for me helped me as a Newbie to feel more like a part of our team.

LADY51 i did try the castor oil and didn't think it did anything for me, does it take a while for it to work. What has worked for me is just dr. scholes arch support inserts. did use a night brace for awhile but quit using it and my foot is alot better.

I read in Everyday Health today that "Any pound you gain is four pounds across your knees," White says. That's a lot of weight on those poor knees! I found that by cutting out the everyday sweets and eating portions and leaving the table when I still feel a little hungry has been my way of losing weight! It is coming off slowly but that is okay as long as it doesn't come back!!!

Dance as though no one is watching you, love as though you have never been hurt, sing as though no one can hear you and live as though heaven is on earth.

What about some Challenges on here to get us up and moving? What about something that requires the upper portion of our bodies for those who can't get up? TRY THE CASTOR OIL!!! That is what I am challenging you all to do!! It is not the brand name that does the help, it is the oil it self. I am pain free, walking, I could run if I didn't have a hernia, on no meds for this. You really have to try this and give it some time. You won't regret it.

To do a blog on your Spark Page, in the middle of the page is a section with your username and Recent Blog Entries (JULES0223US's Recent Blog Entries). There should be a link for recent blog entries which you would click on. Then click on Add a Blog. Give your blog a title and then type the entry. You can add pictures, emoticons, and links. Then post your blog. I hope this helped.

To give a goodie - go to the person's Spark page and scroll down on the leftside to where it says give a goodie. Click on there, pick out which goodie you want to give and send.

I challenge all of us to start going to members Spark Pages and post a comment, post to a blog or leave a Spark Goodie. Let's get team members involved and be more active. Let's get team members to log their fitness minutes and get things moving on our Team Digest!
