I was short on water yesterday and today I am SOOOOOO thirsty. So definitely need to up the water!

Water is a good challenge, Randy! I think I'll make mine water as well - but mine is to get in 8 cups each day! I'm still struggling with this! But I can do it!

WHAM --- sorry for the slip last weekend!
For the new members: Weekend Healthy Accountability and Mini-challenge --- I know I need extra accountability when I don't have the regularly schedule weekdays -- for meal times -- water on the desk. So this thread is so you can commit to something to help you or others or both.
For me this is a 3 day WHAM -- due to Martin Luther King Day -- I'm off Monday.
