I did very well.

I had not issues getting in my water goal.

my goal was to start with my goal of 8 and 1 Saturday, 2 Sunday and 3 Monday!
done!

Trainer appointment for 1/2 hour on Saturday plus cardio

Cardio only yesterday.

My challenge each day is going to be to walk more steps than the day before. Gonna see how long a streak I can do. Day one so far!

I accept this water challenge!~!!!!.

I was short on water yesterday and today I am SOOOOOO thirsty. So definitely need to up the water!

Water is a good challenge, Randy! I think I'll make mine water as well - but mine is to get in 8 cups each day! I'm still struggling with this! But I can do it!

WHAM --- sorry for the slip last weekend!

For the new members: Weekend Healthy Accountability and Mini-challenge --- I know I need extra accountability when I don't have the regularly schedule weekdays -- for meal times -- water on the desk. So this thread is so you can commit to something to help you or others or both.

For me this is a 3 day WHAM -- due to Martin Luther King Day -- I'm off Monday.


What can you do different this weekend to boost your weight loss -- or health?
