Still stretching and working on my right knee and leg. Seems to be helping. I have less discomfort and more flexibility but there is still a fear factor of possible re-injury. So I find myself favoring it causing more stress to the other leg which I know is wrong. Correcting it when noticed.

Since I have had 2 replaced knees, 1st done in 1999 and starting to go bad, Coach Nicole's seated exercises are my favorites. They helped me get back into exercising.

I'm hoping there can be some new ones soon, to help with a bit of variety. There's just so far I can go with the modifying.

Did Coach Nicole,s 7-minute Upper Body Arm workout with dumbbells. Short but effective. It was a part of 28-Day Bootcamp Challenge.

LOL! I Can't even do 1 good pushup, I figure if I do the easier ones (when you put your knees on the floor) I will be able to do the other ones, I hope! emoticon

That's when my butt will get off the floor to join the rest of my body to create a straight line! LOL

I keep working at it. The day I'll be able to do three perfect pushups, the world will know about it! I say that I'm probably one year away from doing it. Ahhh! Patience is a virtue... : )
