Well this week didn't go as I planned. I went to the gym Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday then had a game on Thursday and Saturday. I didn't work out on Friday or today. I gained 2 pounds. I don't know what to do. Can you think of something that could have went wrong or anything? Thanks.
I know a lot of us have people to go work out with and all but I really have no one and I was wondering if someone would like to help keep me motivated and I will help them out too. Please help me, I go to a really small school and would like some help. Thank you.
