Here are three easy steps you can follow to start eating healthfully right away:

1. DRINK A GLASS (OR TWO) OR WATER BEFORE YOU EAT ANY MEAL.
2. TRY NOT TO EAT WHEN YOU ARE DISTRACTED.
3. TRY NOT TO EAT LESS THAN TWO HOURS BEFORE BED.
