I like to watch biggest loser episodes while riding my cycle. I have seen them all, so I decided to go back and start at the beginning. WOW what a difference.
The 1st show had a girl on there that needed to lose is 35 lbs to goal. Now I think that is a waste of a spot.
And Bob, he training was quote "don't want to push them to hard the first day" that has changed.
You should all watch them. The people's attitudes were unreal. Not very positive.
One of the contestants walked up to the temptation table and started eating doughnuts...and didn't even feel quality
If you want to watch them go to Hula on your computer. Some of the shows cost but Biggest Loser is free.
