My workout was cut short because my son feel off the treadmill going 10 mph. I told him that he was going way too fast for a beginner. He wasn't also wearing the key that turns off the treadmill when you fall. So I was on the treadmill for 15 minutes.

Went to the gym today and did 60 minutes on the bike then 40 minutes of strength training followed by stretching

Went rollerblading for an hour this afternoon. Third time out in 20 years. It's coming back to me. Fell twice the first day and haven't fallen since. I do wear a helmet this time around.

Good Morning Everyone,

I worked out yesterday for 2 and 1/2 hours. My son starts Spring vacation today and wants to go hiking and picnicing this next week. I told my son that his dad is also off this week and we need to consider him in our plans. Robert said dad can come too and maybe he will lose some weight. I just don't know if his knees can take walking a 5K. After watching the weather, it looks like we are going to stay inside most of the week. because of the rain suppected this week. I need to go back to the doctor and see about getting the restless leg medicine refilled. Other than that everything is going good here. I hope everyone in Michigan are doing good today after the twister yesterday. My prayers goes out to those that were afflicted.

I hope everyone has a good day.

Bagged 8 bags of leaves, then mulched the rest with the mower. Worked in the yard for 3 hours non stop. Definitely got my workout in today!
