Monday kettlebell upper body 40 minutes
today pure cardio for 36 min (didn't have enough time for tf55)
food intake was excellent back on track
Water intake 96 ounces

All days I also walked 3-4 miles. All days I got all my water in, well over 100 ounces each day and ate within calorie range....

Today 11/23 is my rest day :)

Drank 100 + oumces H20
Ate within my calories range, was doing very well but then skipped dinner at work and was starving when I got home...raided the halloween candy...stupid peanut m&m's. Wont skip meals again. I was so bummed because I did good all day with my food choices....
