Yes, I love it. It is quick and effective.
Today I did Burn Circuit 3 and TJ 20 minutes. Wanted to get a workout in but I got home after 9 after reaching work from 7am...pretty pooped!

Len, you are already so toned up and fit, though! I think it may be a more subtle thing for you now.
Looser clothes is pretty much the ultimate test! And my size 8 jeans are a little baggy. YEAH!
Today was HIIT 15, Burn 2 and Stretch 10. I love that stretch, do you?

Good and happy Monday morning!
HIIT 20, BURN 1 and Stretch 10. Confession that I didn't do all the workouts last week I planned. Got in 5. But it did produce, with good low-carb eating, a 3.5 lb weight loss. That's insane for me. Really. So this week I am more excited than ever to stick with it!
Glad you guys are staying on track.
Keep me posted.

Today was core focus but I am staying away from core workouts this week to see if my back feels better. Instead, I did Ultimate Taebo and 30 Day shred (modified some). I can't wait for tomorrow because I have not done Burn It Off in a while.

If you were to follow this, instead of maybe doing a FIRE workout on those days, I would consider running then instead. I probably wouldn't run on lift days.

Len, I started on Monday!
My hybrid is: On CLX weight training days (MWF) I add a HIIT before the training and a 10 min stretch after. On TuThSat I do a FIRE workout plus abs. On Sundays I will consider that a rest day and do either the 20 min recharge or the 40 minute TF stretch and then add in the TF 20 min Core workout.
Trying to hit abs every couple of days.
Today would be Fire 45 and Abs 10. :)

Hey! I am curious what your hybrid looks like. I started my own hybrid on Monday but haven't finished it yet. I am trying to fit in running because I am doing my second 10K on Thanskgiving. Thanks.

Oh, if YOU are doing this with me then I know we are going to rock it! WOO HOO. Good idea going lighter for your back. 15 lbs sounds like a great goal to me. I am shooting for 25 because I gained since my last challenge but will reevaluate once I hit 15 to see!

This is Leneisha from the beachbody threads. I started CLX/TJ/TF hybrid on Sunday. I had to throw TJ in because some of the TF workouts are too harsh on my back. I am hoping to lose 15lbs in the 90 days.

Hey!
I am Amy Lyn and starting a 90 Day CLX and TF Hybrid (custom) for the remainder of 2011! Would like 2012's New Year's Resolution to not look like 2011s!
I am a mom of one and work from home so these workouts are perfect for me but I do miss the class environment of a gym so these threads are invaluable for support. This will be my second time fully doing CLX and I have done 90 days of the TF/CLX hybrid in the TF book but I lost focus.
