so I got real busy the last days of the this challange and didn't do much. I did work out but just got busy so I didn't post. I updated everything and my grand total for April BSG challenge is 2967. I also lost 4 pounds and I am pretty sure I lost inches as well just haven't taken the measurements yet. Yay for me though!

Hey ladies!

Last night I did Lean Circuit 3. Wasn't really sure what I wanted to do and I needed to do that to catch up so I only have 1 week left now. Tonight is puppy class after work. I'm doing kind of a rest day w/ 10 minute walk before class w/ Bear. It's sort of nice outside so that's good. I'm sooo ready for the work day to be OVER! This week has been long and tedious.

I am glad tomorrow is friday too. I have to go shopping this weekend to get some new work pants. The old ones don't fit anymore! they are too big! emoticon

I can't believe April is almost over either. I am very happy with the changes that I have made in my life these past couple months. Living a healthier lifestyle is starting to become second nature and doesn't seem like a chore anymore.

Andrea-Yea on your run. It's not easy especially when you haven't ran in a while. emoticon

Hey team!

I can't believe we are approaching the last 3 days of April. Last night I actually had supper first b/c Ryan and I were hungry then went to the gym. I did some major pushups and then went a total of 3 miles and ran 1.5 of those. Not to bad since I haven't ran in a while and I'm still breaking in my shoes. But I think they will work.

Aaron- That's awesome that you got up in the morning for a workout. It makes you feel sooo good! I have gotten out of that routine and need to get back into it. My day flows so much better w/ some early exercise!

Worked out this morning and it felt great. I think I will get up early and do it again. lol I will probably start running again next week.

Andrea-Yea for going to the gym after work. I can't seem to motivate myself to do anything after work. If I don't do it in the morning it doesn't get done. lol

Hey team!!

Last night I went to the barn and had a pretty good ride. Then I let 45 play with his friend Brady who is the horse of my friend Keely. They had a really good romp and were kind of hot so we hosed them off and walked them outside. It was sooo nice outside. Just a light breeze and warm enough to walk out w/ a long sleeved shirt.

I packed my bag and am going straight to the gym after work. I'm going to do pushups and then run.

Aaron- Glad you are feeling better and it's great that you are going to get a workout in. I'm sure that will make you feel better!

Hey ladies! So I am no longer in pain but still a little dizzy. I am felling good though. So good that I think I will do a workout in the morning. I don't feel confident running just yet. I went just a little over in calories today :( Tomorrow is a new day and this is only a small setback that will not get the best of me. I am so proud of you all for doing what you do. Go team!

Well I did go to kick last night. I got home and felt a little energized so I went for it and felt tons better! I think just focusing on something besides the day can help.
Tonight is barn and then some P90X either chest/back or shoulders/arms. I'm going to get those arms in shape!

Hey ladies!

Well this Monday has been just epic. I got to work and our phones weren't working so calls were backed up b/c only 1/2 of us had a working phone. So I was trying to help people get things fixed. Fun stuff! And we still have tons of calls b/c everyone thought we were closed on Friday!

Jenn- Glad you had a good weekend. I'm glad you like the Nike+. So far I do but haven't had to many chances to use it yet. If you want to find me on nike+ my name is Andrea4384. I would love to have friends!

Hey ladies! Weekend went well and I didn't go too overboard on food and got in some exercise on both Friday and Saturday...yesterday I kind of took a rest day and spent it with family.

Aaron--I hope you get to feeling better soon! Being dizzy stinks! Just be careful if you do exercise. I would hate to have something happen due to the dizziness.

Andrea--I have the Nike+ for my iPod touch and love it. It does a good job of keeping track of your mileage that you have run and your pace. I like to use it for either a timed run or a measured run because it talks to you over your music and lets you know how you are doing and when to turn around at half way. I also like that I can reach up and touch a button and find out how far and my pace at any time in the run! It was so worth the $30 for me.

Zumba for me tonight and my instructor is home! Woo Hoo! Hope we have some new songs tonight because I am sick of the ones that I taught for 2 weeks! LOL!

Hey ladies!

Well I had an awesome Easter sunday. Ryan and I went up to my parents at the lake. We took Baer with us and while my dad and Ryan were shooting (targets) mom and I took the dogs on a walk and then we came back and Baer went swimming! It was sooo funny and he absolutely loved it! I was in shorts so I went in with him..he was swimming around and he would splash himself and then bite the water. I wish we could have gotten it on video!
So I got a 15 minute walk in--good enough for today!

Aaron- I hope you feel better! Being dizzy is no fun at all and neither is not being able to workout! It's so frustrating when you have goals you want to accomplish but your body won't cooperate!

Happy Easter everyone! Back on point tomorrow for me. No excuses. I think I might take a break from running till my balance is back. I am so dizzy I am afraid I might fall and I am just not real steady on my feet. I will be doing some workouts at home as much as I can handle. Just a little discouraged. I am so afraid that if I don't run then I won't lose weight. I can't stand being sick. It is so hard getting back on track. Ugh!

Today I got up and went to step aerobics. It was awesome to get a good cardio workout in. Then I went shopping with my mom and stopped by the barn on the way home. I'm going to get a run in before Easter gathering tomorrow.

Aaron- I hope your ear ache gets better. That has to stink big time!

I have kinda fallen off the grid the past couple days. sorry. I woke up on Thursday with raging ear infections in both ears. I have been very distracted by pain and haven't really done much in the way of exercising and tracking my food. I haven't been real hungry just blah! Plus I am super dizzy all the time so I haven't run or worked out since Thursday morning (before pain became too bad). I am super excited for you and you upcoming cruise Jenn. You will have so much fun. Good job keeping your streak going Andrea. something is better than nothing.

Hey ladies!

Well last night didn't go as planned. SUch as life. Ryan and I ended up changing his fish tanks b/c the water was really foggy. We did that from 7:30-11. I did however get in some very fast yoga and I kind of threw my own twist in and did some situps and pushups with it. But at least I get to keep my streak going! Some days it's really hard when "life" gets in the way! I got on the scale this morning and I have lost 3 more lbs! I knew once TOM was over I would drop down some again. But that is always exciting!

Jenn- Your night sounds like fun. Have fun swimming and congrats on the weight loss!

We are going to puppy class tonight and then I have to fit something in. I'm thinking about buying the Nike + tool to help me with running. It looks really cool and I think it would help me to see progress more clearly.

Hey everyone! Getting ready to take my daughter and a friend to a movie and a hotel for the night...my exercise will probably consist of swimming but I did pack my workout shoes and clothes in case I feel like going to the gym.

My scale was especially nice to me today. 178.4!!! emoticon
I need to get in another couple of workouts this weekend to maintain the momentum! 21 days until my cruise!!!

Well I wasn't to productive last night but I did manage to bundle up and take Bear for a 2 mile walk. It was nice to get out in the fresh air and it actually wasn't raining.

Jenn- That is awesome that your YMCA is so close. Not cool that you had to work 11 hours..that is a looong day! P90X would go well with the training for the 1/2 marathon. You could do the strength part of p90x and run as cardio!

Aaron- Great job on staying in calorie range and your workouts! Keep up the good work!

Tonight I'm planning on going to the barn. Been waiting for a night where I don't have to wear long underwear..haha. Supposed to be probably around 45 when I go up there which is fine. I want to try out my new riding helmet!

Andrea, my YMCA is about 10 blocks away from my work. We had to work 11 hours yesterday so I just decided to take back an hour and go do it.

P90X is one of my goals but I probably won't start it until after September when I have committed to a 1/2 marathon for a wonderful foundation that I support. After my cruise I am going to have to start my running schedule to start training for the 1/2 marathon.

Good news..my knot is feeling tons better today! I did P90X chest/back last night so now my arms are sore but such is life. haha Since I started P90X I've seen quite a change in my body already. I'm alot tighter and I've lost 3 inches off my waist since the beginning of the month..yay!!

Jenn- That is so impressive that you worked out during work! Do you have a workout area near your work? I have an hour for lunch but my gym is to far away. Sometimes I walk when it's nice outside.

Hey guys, just thought I would drop by and check in. Today was going to be a crazy day for me...11 hours at work, a meeting at 7pm and then a conference call at 8pm. I wasn't going to get in a workout at all so.....I decided to leave work at 9am today and go to the morning Zumba class! I had my workout in by 10am and feel great. Had to go back to work a little sweaty but it was worth it.

I wish that I had the flexibility in my job every day to be able to get in a workout class! I love doing the group classes.

Well I've had a minor set back. I have a muscle knot in my right shoulder and it hurts! Started yesteday. Ryan tried to rub it out and that did help but it's still there..feels better today though. I don't know what I did! I had had knots in my back for a while which is why I get a massage once a month but I'm thinking about calling my massouse (sp?) and telling her I need an emergency 1/2 hour!

I went home last night, made dinner and then fell asleep on the couch. Ryan woke me up at 10 so I could go to bed. I'm just zonked..not sure what's up. Probably the crappy weather and my sinuses.

Paula- Congrats on being down a size..that is surely motivation for you to keep going!

Hey ladies....this weekend I tried to be good but still i went a bit over the calories but i did a lot of walk and finished my Chalean Extreme program...good news is that today i went shopping and i could fit in a size 8 i was so excited...still am.

I had a pretty good weekend food and water wise. I still didn't have alot of motivation to exercise and only did some yard work on Sunday. I also find myself going to my cupboards at home out of habit instead of hunger. At work I plan my meals and snacks and can stick to it. At home it just seems like the convenience of having it there is holding me back!

Hey ladies!

I hope everyone had a good weekend. I did P90X shoulders/arms w/ ab ripper x and then Turbo Jam Lower Body Jam. So I'm quite tired :) I'm watching another episode of Body of Proof then heading to the grocery store. I don't need major things just the essentials. Ryan is probably on his way home by now.

I'm going to do more P90X this week instead of CLX. I just need a change and I feel like I get a better work out with P90X. I'm wanting to see some results and step it up.

Had a pretty good day today. I went to kick this morning and planning on doing some P90X tomorrow.

Aaron- Don't worry about eating bad. Just forgive yourself and do better the next day!

The weather is crappy here and it just feels like a great day to read a book. We already have a healthy supper planned and I am getting in my water at least.

So i am going to just say that this week has really been a struggle for me. I have had trouble staying in calorie range all week and this morning I slept in and did not run. I decided to take a rest day. Then I went to lunch with the hubby and we went to an Italian restaurant and I pretty much blew my calories for the day. I have kind of pin pointed some of the problem. I didn't go shopping and was unable to pack my lunch and snacks for work. Plus the hubby and I go out to eat on the weekends. Usually I try to make good choices but just didn't feel like ti today or last weekend either. lol Let me tell you I have felt sluggish and tired all day long. Ugh! Back to clean living in the A.M. Finishing up week 6 for sure and throwing in a cardio workout for kicks.

Andrea-I may have to check out that challenge.

Hey ladies!

Quick note again today b/c we are super busy at work and down 3 people!

Aaron- my 100 day challenge stems from the 100 day challenge team. It's where you exercise everyday for 100 days. I've been doing pretty good and I knew it would be hard to I made a couple rules. I can count dog walks and even if it's just 10 minutes a day it counts. So far I'm doing well. Good job on getting up in the morning! I'm still working on that b/c I Love to sleep also!

Jenn- Sounds like Zumba went pretty well! Keep up the good work. Enjoy the early day out of the office! I wish I could leave early on Fridays :) Great job on only being 5 lbs away from your goal! Keep you the great work!

This is my last week doing Chalean Extreme, this program really kick my butt but i loved it....extremely hard but extremely effective...after this i'll move and try some zumba...let me see what the buzz is about...LOL

this weekend i planned to work a bit harder...and really try to control my calories so wish me luck with that...

Hey everyone! I was completely and totally nervous and swear that I sweat twice as much being the instructor than I do as a participant but Zumba class went well...luckily I had about 3 ladies who helped my by standing in the front row and helped cue me on moves that I forgot. I just have to get through next Monday and Wednesday and will be done!

I didn't get any official exercise in yesterday because I ended up work a 12 hour shift at work. I ate out twice but still managed to stay at 1845 calories for the day. (If only I hadn't had the Chai Tea Latte at 2pm yesterday I would have been really good.)

Today is an early out day for me from the office. I am going to go to the gym and try to get a run in on the treadmill. It is super windy here today so no going outside for a run although it might be resistance training at the same time :)

Hope everyone has a great weekend. I plan to work out both Saturday and Sunday and track my calories....I tend to not track on the weekend because I know that I go over most of the time.

I am 29 days out from my cruise vacation! Can't wait and I am only 5lbs away from my goal of 175lbs.

Hey everyone! I got up and worked out but it was tough getting out of bed to do so. I just want to sleep. I like sleep. Sleep is good. I guess I will have to save it for Saturday. Workout is done for the day and I stayed in calorie range. yay! I am coming up on my 1 year anniversary of not smoking on May 2. My husband promised me a gift when I quit for a year. I thought I wanted a purse or shoes but I realized that I want Turbo-fire. I have tried it out through a friend and really liked it. It was hard but I can do it. I can't wait to order it. Gotta get up early in the am to finish week 6 for c25k. Good job everyone for getting your workouts in when ya can! Keep it up. Andrea, what is the 100 day challenge?

Hey Ladies-

Well I totally overslept this morning as far as exercise is concerned. So I will have to do Bum Bum tonight! Doing pretty good on my minutes and my 100 day challenge. Just kind of taking it one day at a time and not so much worrying about the big picture.

Aaron- Have you tried the fiber one bars? I know they aren't protien but fiber can help keep you full. If I come home from work and am hungry and know supper isn't going to be for a while I have one of those and it helps take the edge off. The oats and choclate is good!

Jenn-Good job on the walk! 5.5 miles is quite a ways so I don't blame you for taking a night off! Let us know how the teaching went! I'm sure you did great.

PSAG177-(not sure what your real name is :) I hope the rest of your week calmed down and good job replacing food with workouts!

Hey ladies!

Just wanted to check in, don't have much time b/c the bed is calling my name :)
I had a very productive day today! I started off w/ LC2 and extreme core circuit. Then I went to lunch /w a friend and wal-mart. After that I went to the barn and gave my horse a bath b/c it was so warm outside! So he is soft and smells good now!

Yesterday was a good day. I stayed on calories all day long...I ended up planning all of my meals and snacks which helped a TON!!! I think I even got in 8 fruits/veggies!

I ended up doing about 120 minutes worth of brisk walking yesterday and didn't get home from a night time work thing until 8:30 so I just sat down and watched the Biggest Loser instead of getting in a Turbo Fire workout. I am okay with that and am actually a little sore from the walk...my friend and I do a 5 mile route that takes 1 1/2 hours that has lots of hills in it.

Tonight, Iike I said, I have to sub for Zumba class and am soooo nervous! I think I know the songs and moves well enough but I work up alot last night with the music running through my head and not knowing what the next move was...silly I know. I'll let you know how it goes tomorrow!

Hi everyone....this week has been crazy for me...and it's only tuesday...things are work are a bit crazy with people pulling me in all directions...the good thing is that I've been replacing my confort food with workouts....and i just let all my frustration go in there....LOL..this is my last week doing CLX (1st round at least), this program taught me a lot and really pushed me out of my comfort zone....love it....next month i'll be doing some zumba and not an extreme resistance training...need to increase my cardio a bit.

@ AIRBO1...try to incorporate more protein on your diet or more fiber....that will keep you full longer
@Andrea....glad your ankle it's better
@Jenn....you are going to rock in that class....best of luck

Today was okay. I got up early and worked out but just don't feel like it was a good one. Tomorrow is a run day so perhaps I'll do an extra workout with. I keep going over in calories. I am not sure how to fix it. Perhaps I need more protein or something. I am just hungry a lot more than usual. I need a nutritionist. lol

Hey ladies!

I did go to the barn last night. It was more of a social night w/ my barn buds but that was great after a hectic day. And my exercise was done for the day :) Plan on going to step tonight and kick tomorrow. Ankle seems to be doing better so plan on getting back on the running plan for a while. But I kind of wanted to drop about 5 lbs and get my cardio conditioning back on track!

Jenn- I am like you in I am awesome during the week and then usually bomb the weekends. Usually more w/ food than lack of exercise. And I never get my water in. I'm glad you feel back on track. I feel that way also! Good luck on teaching! That sounds like fun.

Aaron- Don't feel to bad you ate 4 rolls. They are really good. I had an oatmeal creme pie yesterday. It was delicious and that is the first one I've had in I don't even know when so I don't feel that bad.

Tamika- Glad to hear from you, will look forward to update!

Tomorrow I have dentist at noon and the rest of the day off. So get up in the morning (dog isn't going to let me sleep anyways) and do LC2 and then go to barn after.

Thank goodness, I feel like I am back on track today!

I stayed on calories and made good choices all day. I even had to have a snack when I got home from working out to get my calories where I wanted them. I had Zumba tonight and it was the last night my instructor is going to be there for 2 weeks. I have to teach for the next three classes! emoticon I think it will be okay but I hope everyone doesn't drop out before she gets back because of me!

My major goal this week is to conquer the weekend without derailing! I plan to make sure I work out each day and make good food choices! The biggest thing is staying away from the unhealthy snacks so I plan to stock up on some healthy ones before the weekend gets here!

Sunday was a kinda lazy kinda busy day for me and I didn't track things like I should have. I laid around most of the morning watching the boob tube. Then my sister calls and wants me to help her haul this pool so she can sell it. Then My best friend calls and reminds me that it's the last showing of the musical that my godson is in. So I haul the pool and make it just in time for the opening song. My godson was awesome. They did Thoroughly Modern Millie and he was Ching Ho ( I think that was it). Then we was starving and went out to the Texas Roadhouse. Oh those rolls! I am a bit ashamed to admit it but I ate 4. lol They were so good.

Today was a rough day. I just did not feel like doing anything when I woke up to run so I stayed in bed and did not run this morning. I was tired and grumpy all day long too. I did stay in calorie range and I did run after work. I am feeling better. I am glad to be home.

Okay, I am back...I am still really stuggling with the weekend stuff! I do GREAT during the weekdays and then totally fall off the wagon on the weekends. I seriously didn't do a workout since last Thursday. I was active, gardening and stuff but not what I consider a full workout.

My goal for this week is to stay on track all week and then really focus on the weekend. It isn't that I can't do it. My hubby is totally supportive and we could make healthy meals. I just need to do it!

On a good note...my passport arrived for my cruise in May! Woo Hoo!!!

Hey ladies!

Well I had a very good weekend. Saturday I was busy from about 8:30 am until 2am the next morning! It was really productive though. And today I didn't go to my 5k. I am way out of training and thought since it was such a nice day I would take Bear on a walk w/ Ryan since I was just going to walk the 5k anyways. We potted our house plants, went grocery shopping, caught up on laundry and bought a grill! That was really exciting. I can't wait to plant flowers and trees. And then I did 10 minute trainer total body and abs. I was really impressed. It is amazing the workout you can get in 20 minutes.
Tina- Sounds like you are going to be a very busy woman. Have tons of fun!

Alli- Glad you had a good weekend! You got some good exercise in.

I will write more tomorrow- promise I'm just trying to go to bed before 11!

Hi guys, I'm sorry to be so late in checking in. It's been a really hectic week, and it's only going to get worse since I'm going to be traveling overseas with my family tonight! In the meantime, I have been doing my tracking and my exercise, but just haven't had time to keep up with all of you.

Had an awesome workout today. I did a Turbofire workout. Kicked my @$$! I think I am going to get the whole thing. I was afraid it would be too advanced. I was surprised at how much I really could push myself to do. I went over in calories but I am not real bummed about it. It was a good day.

I finished week 5 in c25k and did a quick upper body workout this morning. The day started out great however my hubby took me to Hooters and then I got some Oreos on the way home. UGH! I feel really guilty about it. I feel like I let myself down. It was tasty though. I did track it all and I did go over in calories for the day. Tomorrow is a new day. It's supposed to be a beautiful weekend so I will be outside most of the time. Have a good night!

Well I'm glad to say I'm feeling better. I went to the barn last night and then to the gym. I came home to Ryan cooking dinner which was awesome! I totally appreciated that and it let me get to the barn by 7:30. So I had a nice evening. It's supposed to be nice this weekend which will also help :)

Aaron- Good luck with the protein! I've been working on less carbs and I feel better when I'm not so stuffed all the time. (duh I know).

Hey ladies!

Well I think I'm in a little funk so if anyone has suggestions how to get me out I would gladly welcome them. One day of rest for me is ok. But last night I had started Rev Abs and then I just am like I'm done w/ this, pushed stop and went and watched tv. It could be b/c I'm just bored and ready for spring. I'm not sure.

Aaron- You are probably hungry more if you are exercising more, especially if you are strenght training. I find when I strength train I am ravenous!


Tamika- Happy Belated Birthday! I hope it was a great one for you!

I'm going to try to defunk myself and I have joined a couple other non BSG challenges. I'm going to start the 100 day challenge where you exercise everyday for 100 days on April 11th and I joined a challenge where we have a group and we weigh in every Friday and if you gain weight you get eliminated. I think that one will help w/ the eating. Although I threw out the rest of the birthday cupcakes last night. Sick of having junk like that around the house!

I also am more hungry on the days I work out hard. But that is why spark increases your calorie intake with the more your workout. You body is craving the fuel.

I find that I am so much more hungry on days that I work out hard. I know you said you were keeping fruits and veggies handy but maybe you need some protein and that would satisfy you longer. What about like a greek yogurt or a cheese stick or something with the fruit. Might be worth a try.

I am not sure what my deal is but I seem to be hungry a lot. It's very distracting too. I keep fresh fruits and veggies with me for snacking thinking that it will keep me fuller longer but not working so well. What am I missing? Does anyone have any advice? Could it be because I am working out more? I hope everyone had a great day today. Have a even better one tomorrow. emoticon

Hey ladies!

Well last night I had kind of a lazy night. I made supper and then Ryan and I watched sWAT. I love that movie! And by the time that was done it was about 8 so to late for barn. I caught up on Dancing w/ the Stars and Castle. I figured since I did 100 minutes on Monday I could take a rest day. I'm finding the weather very unmotivating. It's like dark and dreary/rainy here. I want sun and warm weather! I have lost my weekend weight. I'm back to where I was. So that is a good thing!

Tamika- That is a good strength training workout. Sometimes I think you can burn more calories w/ strength than with cardio!

Aaron- You are pretty motivating since you get up in the morning! I can if I get enough sleep but I haven't been going to bed very early the last couple of nights..shame on me!

Jenn- That is an awesome workout! I have never even attempted a HIIT workout w/ a TF workout. I am impressed!


I'm going to run tonight and maybe do rev abs. We will see how the night goes!

Woo Hoo!!! I did my HIIT 15/FIRE 30/STRETCH 10 Turbo Fire tonight. That was my first HIIT workout. Wow was that intense!!! I had to double up the workouts because if I do Turbo on my Zumba days I will be exhausted. I figure I probably burned about 600 calories. Not bad for 55 minutes! Tomorrow is off day from TF but I do have my Zumba class tomorrow night.

Hey everyone! I hope everyone had a great day today. I got up early and got in a 45 minute workout before work. I like doing my workouts early so I know it's done. I am so busy once I get home it's hard ot get it in otherwise. Plus I feel pretty energized the rest of the day and sleep better at night. I stayed n calorie range just barely. I blame the delicious mashed potatoes that I just had to have 2 helpings of. lol. Now that I know they cost so many calories I will think twice. Getting up early for a run in the a.m. Good night all.

Hey all! Just got in a good St workout today. My trainer canceled but I think i did really good by myself. My HRM said i burned 216 calories in 30...and all by myself. So I thought that was awesome.

Zumba for me last night and Turbo Fire tonight! I actually drank 140oz of water yesterday! I take three 33oz with me to work and then had two 20oz after Zumba....amazing that I don't have to get up in the middle of the night and pee!

Nice to meet you Jenn and Tamika! I don't know if any of the other Care Bears/Rainbows are going to do the challenge. But I am always up for meeting new sparkers!

I got up and did LC3 this morning. That is a good workout! I can't do those traveling pushups for anthing! I should make that my fitness goal.

Aaron- I can't believe you lost 12 pounds. That is so awesome.

Well I had better get one with my day and off of spark (it's so addicting and fun :) )

I forgot to put that I am the proud owner of 2 German Shorthair Pointers both are 3 years old almost. I also had a 15 year Jack Russell that we lost in January. We love dogs and I love to be outside with them. The GSPs are actually hunting dogs and in the fall and winter my hubby and I enjoy going bird hunting. Let me tell you, walking up and down hills through old grass and 2 foot of snow is a WORKOUT!

@Aaron--That is awesome that you lost 12lbs last month!!! Amazing actually. I also love accountablity and this challenge helps me tons!!!

@Andrea--Weekends are hard for me anyway but Birthday weekends! Mine was 2 weeks ago and I totally celebrated too!

Hey ladies!

I am Andrea, 27, from Fort Wayne, IN. I live with my boyfriend Ryan and we have a puppy named Bear, a cat named Bomber, a guinea pig named Ruby Rose and numerous fish! Oh, and my horse that I board named 45. So we are definitely animal lovers!

I'm glad people are starting to participate. I was worried I couldn't get it back up and running. I'm set to get back on track tomorrow after a 4 day birthday celebration hiatus! I hate not exercising.

Hi everyone. My name is Aaron and I am excited to keep this challenge going. It really helped me out a lot last month. I lost 12 pounds! I want to lose at least 8 this month. I know I can so it too. I run 3 days a week and workout on my off days. I usually take off 1 to 2 rest days a week. I would like to run a 5k this month so I should probably pick one and sign up. Hey everyone! I thought since we had newly combined teams that I would stop by and introduce myself. My name is Jenn and I am a 40 year old, married, mother of a 9 year old daughter. I started my weight loss journey in January of 2010 and have lost 30lbs. I feel that I have another 20 to go. I am currently doing Turbo Fire to beef up my cardio but love CLX also. I have a cruise coming up on May 16th that I would like to drop another 5-10lbs before then. I also enjoy Zumba class 2 days a week at my local YMCA and would love to start running again. I have a goal to run a 1/2 marathon in September. I ran about five 5Ks last year but kind of slacked on the running over the winter.

Hope to hear from everyone and connect with old teammates and get to know new ones!
