It's so hard not to look to the scale for confirmation. CE has defined my muscles so much, and I really do feel good. Gonna go a month without weighing in... I already tucked it into the back of my closet!

Maybe that's what I should do. My weight is stuck, but I think it maybe because this is my body's "goal" weight. I think that my muscles need to maintain the weight I am and that could be why I'm not losing anymore. Inches are really what matters to me now- I haven't lost any weight with CLX yet but have lost 6 inches. Guess that's what really matters.

So now that I have decided to stop obsessing about my "diet" and I didn't log any food for a whole week, I lost 3 lbs!! Now to hide my scale for I am only going to weigh myself on the 1st of every month when I measure my inches as well. I feel so free, huge weight lifted.

Hey guys, seems we're all very busy. I start Lean phase tomorrow, yipee!! Lost no weight during push, I seem to be very stuck!!

Vanilla shakeology... oh the possibilities are endless.

Been running a lot since the weather has been cooperating, as a matter of fact... that is what I am off to do now.

Where is everyone?? I am halfway through week 2 of the Lean Phase. I'm also finishing up week 9 of C25K (yes... still) I have one day left, but I just haven't sucked it up to do it yet. Have you started the lean phase yet? How do you like it if so?

Oh Earin I'm glad you're here, I was talking to myself for a couple days. I'm sorry you're sore, but at least it's a good "worked hard" sore. I ran again today my legs are screaming all over. Only 2 more days of Push circuit for me and then I'm starting Lean, pretty excited for the change.

Sorry girls. I am still here just keep forgetting to post on here. I did Lean Circuit 3 this morning for the first time despite being extremely sore from my serious workouts yesterday (Burn Intervals, Ball & Bar class at the gym, ran for 30 minutes, and went grocery shopping) I had hoped to go to boot camp today at the gym, but I am just way too sore and don't have a sitter like I thought. Instead I settled on CLX and a walk to the playground with my daughter.

Today My family went for a hike, woo hoo! Yeah it was chilly, muddy, and we had to avoid those last few patches of snow... but it was fresh air and it was a pretty good workout!!

my beachbody coach was running a contest, basically she threw your name in a hat for everyworkout + one for extra pushups. She drew me!! I am friends with her on facebook and through teambeachbody.

Ran today, 3 miles... man do I feel out of shape. Just so different from the TF I am used to I guess.

Hey Beth, has it been raining where you are? That usually zaps all my energy. Today I got a weeks supply of shakeology (I won it!!) Tried the greenberry, not bad, going to try some of the recipes that came with it. Hoping for a big cleanse as they claim, tomorrow will be nothing but maybe by next weeks weigh in... I'll keep you posted!

Hello chickies! I worked my butt off (literally lol) today- 65 minutes on the elliptical, 45 minute Burn Intervals, and 15 minute extreme abs burning 820 calories. Two days left of the Push month for me, and I am super excited about that.

I am experiencing the true meaning of stress eating!! I want to stuff my face... it will make all the stress go away... I will stress more if I eat more... what a viscious cycle I have created! 5 pm and I have stayed in check all day but food is on the brain big time, hope I can hold out... emoticon

Hi Hope everyone is having a great Tues. It is another beautiful day so I went for my walk/run outside. I did W3D2 of C25K. It felt awesome. I can't wait to do Day 3 on Thurs. Now off to clean the house and pick up my DD from school : )

Monday... again... Got my workout in this morning and it was great!! The rest of the day was pretty much just downhill. Must be the looming tax day that has me stressing about money, that and spring is here and I'm just antsy to go buy some new clothes... *sigh* Actually freaked out on the husband today because we were out of sour cream, SOUR CREAM!! What is wrong with me?

That sucks! I hate when I splurge and eat something I feel I shouldn't and then its just not that good. It's crazy how many calories are in all of DQ's blizzards. I got up early (8 for me on Saturday is super early) and went and did Pilates at the gym. Then came home and started week 4 of Push. Although tomorrow is a rest day, my plan is cardio and yogaflex at the gym.

Karen- it's a yoga class that does a lot of stretching poses to work on flexibility. It is difficult, but I enjoy it! I don't feel like the Recharge is enough of a stretch or workout, so I normally skip it. Today was a CLX rest day, so I just ran 5.5 miles doing C25K and intervals after that. Starting week 4 of Push tomorrow... yippee skippee

@ Earin, what is yogaflex?? I enjoy CE recharge and the dynamic yoga from CE as well.
Yes I think it is just Beth and I left from the Bunnies... I was actually originally a red robin!

@Beth, I am definitely a lover of greek yogurt, my favorite is just plain on oatmeal with a sprinkling of walnuts.

Did Fire 45EZ today, sweat was dripping right off my face!! A little CE ab burner and stretch 10 and I'm really feeling it!

Right now I can barely keep my eyes open, thinking it's going to be an early to bed night.

Is it just the two of you left from the Bunnies? I think we have five people left from our group who still chat regularly. Not sure where are other Dailips went. Did Burn It Off today but skipped recharge. I'd rather just replace it with yogaflex this weekend. Tomorrow is a rest day, but I'll be running in the AM. Saturday starts Push Week 4- Yay!

So I'm trying this new 3 days on 1 day off thing and I'm loving it. At first I felt like a slacker, but the last three days I pushed myself so much harder because I knew I would have today off. Tomorrow I should be able to give Push circuit 2 110%. Thinks this is going to help me maximize this push circuit.

Sun is out today so I see a dog walk after dinner, good thing, my little Chandler has been getting stir crazy with these last few days of rain. Happy Wednesday everyone!!

I am soon to be 46 and am a runner too....took a month off due to the weather and lack of mo-jo...just started back this week....have run many 5K's and have done 2 1/2's....both were out of town and with a bunch of other sparkers....loved it!!

@Beth, I always do a HIIT with my CE circuits, like to get really warmed up and I likecardio everyday.

Tonight my daughter's chorus concert. She is playing the bass during their "5th grade blues" number... proud Mom moment alert!!

So far this week the workouts and eating have been off. Tonight I'll make up for not working out this morning by going for a walk, and maybe the park : ) I have been doing the Burn Circuit on and off for about 2 months. I just can't seem to do a full month for some reason. I wonder if I should stay on Burn or go to the PUSH phase just to mix it up. I get bored easy. I also do C25K I'm going to do W3D1 tomorrow. I'll also do elliptical and Zumba.

Well this is going to take some getting used to again- just when I learn everyone's names we switch all around again. I am so glad to have my fellow Dailips still with me though. My name is Earin- I'm a 29 year old single mom of a beautiful five year old girl. I also teach a bunch of rowdy fourth graders all day long. My workouts of choice are C25K, elliptical, CLX (obviously), yoga, and pilates. I am on week 7 of couch 2 5K and my third week in the push circuit. I am definitely not using 60 lbs like you though coopsm. WoW!!

Karen--I so mis-spoke----I did PC 1 also...I have select techs and I know I pushed it hard today.....was doing 60's on my squats(30 in each hand)...we shall see how I am tomorrow....LOL
Great job with getting it done...do you just throw in cardio with it from time to time...I am such a follower and do what the sched says and don't venture outside the lines...

Hi everyone!!

@Beth, I did push 1 today and really pushed it. Opted to try the maroon bands for my bicep curls since my 12 pound weights are getting easy and I haven't invested in 15's yet, I could see my muscles shaking, it was pretty intense, pretty awesome! Did HIIT 30 and stretch 10 too!

So how many of us are in the group now?

Yay, we are back at it!! Should we post out point templates back in the Bunny challenge thread or start a new one?

Today I got out and went for a run, not too bad since we got 6 inches of snow on Friday. It was cold but very invigorating. Back to the basement and Chalene tomorrow, week 2 of the Push circuit.
