This challenge is for those who want to increase the body fat burn of the CLX program by adding in additional cardio workouts each week. This challenge is open to anyone. Post your cardio to gain some motivation and help motivate others who may be struggling.
You may post your cardio workouts daily or weekly. I like to do mine weekly, but I do visit the board some throughout the week, too.
