sorry i've kinda dropped off the cardio challenge this month. it was really hard saying goodbye to my dh, and there was so much to be done before he left. i am back to things and finally got my body media fit in, so i'm really excited. i'm still awfully busy taking care of everything by myself now, but i'm making an effort to work my workouts back into my days, and i know it'll get easier as i adjust. thanks for the support!
by the way, congrats on the long run pr!!! hope you and your little boy enjoy the race!
if you decide to join the cardio challenge for this month, this is my additional challenge to you. i challenge you to try to come onto the thread at least twice a week, the day you post (if you're doing it weekly like me) and one other day. seeing how others are doing midweek might help give you some motivation to get outside or push play, and your encouragement of others will surely motivate them.
i'm about to go for a run, which will be my second cardio workout this week. hoping for four or more days of cardio this week, even though i'll be tired from going back to work tomorrow after two weeks off!
This challenge is for those who want to increase the body fat burn of the CLX program by adding in additional cardio workouts each week. This challenge is open to anyone. Post your cardio to gain some motivation and help motivate others who may be struggling.
You may post your cardio workouts daily or weekly. I like to do mine weekly, but I do visit the board some throughout the week, too.
