I completed the challenge yesterday...
water~~ 10 glasses
workout~~ turbo kick
play with kids~~ played wii
told my dh how much I loved him
drink at least 8 glasses of H2O(more if you want)
get in a workout (if not a rest day)
get in atleast 3 fruits or veggies
play with your kids(read a book or play a game)
tell you mate how much they mean to you!
smile and have a great day!!
so do you think it would be easier to have a discussion thread where we post results then I can make one for just the challenge...or is it going to matter?? just let me know what you think!
