My absolutely favorite recipe for Artichoke parmesan dip... (not at all healthy, but a great comfort food! just eat in moderation...)
1 Can artichoke hearts in water,drained,chopped
1 package cream cheese (you could probably get away with reduced fat, I would discourage non fat)
1 cup mayonaise (again, reduced fat would be ok)
1 or 2 minced garlic cloves (to taste)
1 cup finely grated parmesan cheese (the stuff in the can is ok... I won't judge you!)
combine all ingredients and press down into oven safe dish. Bake until bubbly. (350-400 degree oven, just keep an eye on it. I bake it at what ever temp I have other appetizers currently baking at!)
Serve with crudite if you want to be healthy. Bread. pita chips, or pretzel chips if you don't.
