i have been doing yoga since one year...although I have not lost weight I have toned up........my immunity has increased......and i feel very confident. Yoga is also good for people having irregular periods or facing difficulty in conceiving....spark people has also been a great inspiration to me.....i read the articles almost daily

I Two have been trying to lose weight for A long time now never really sticking with but since joining Sparks I find it easy to stick with my Diet & workouts:-) .My weight right now is 136 I'm 4.9 so I'M considered overweight for my height. Five Months ago I had A Miscarriage I have Irregular Periods I think if I lose some weight my Periods will be will be normal. Good Luck with you emoticon

I have been trying to lose weight since two years now, but all that i could achieve is losing 2kgs. this year I have decided to lose 10 kgs and find out all the ways i can to do it.
