I haven't heard of this either, but I do know that lots of people when doing the C25k repeat weeks until they are ready to go to the next week!

Hi, I actually did my last day twice back to back. I cant wait for next week. We shall c how it goes on the first lesson.

Yea it's a big jump, Wednesday was supposed to be my last day of week 2, but I think I'm gonna repeat again tomorrow, wasn't feeling to good about the run on Wednesday!

I am actually doing this trainning. I am on my second week. It is a pretty big jump. But its exciting b/c it pushes you to go further and further.

I have not heard of this either. I did do the C25K program which I loved and need to do again. I am going to check yours out and see how it is as well. Thanks for the info.

I was wondering if anyone is doing the Personal Running trainer.com series? I am just about to complete week 2 of 4 weeks to a mile. I find that I am comfortable with the work out at the end of each week, but the jump from week to week is pretty big. Anyone have the same issues?
