Hi, They may be very similar, I didn't read that one. I just posted this because it looked great! I hadn't found any thing similar when I had a look. Oh well. I'm very new to this site so haven't quite made my way through everything yet.

I found this link to be just what I was looking for. Its a 8-week plan using a combination of running and walking to work up to a 30 minute run. There are also tips for breathing, walking, shoes ect. I'm also getting emailed a 21 days running program for free.
