I use a Garmin 305 to help me track my times. Right now I am doing run/walk 1:2 for 5x...I walk a mile, stretch run/walk a mile then walk a mile 3x a week. Will up it 10% next week

how do you keep up with the times? Run for 5 seconds then walk for 55 seconds until you have done that for 10 minutes?
