Hi everyone! This week (10/18 - 10/24), your challenge is to run at least one different route this week (or walk, if that's what you are doing right now).
When we do the same old routine or walk/run the same route(s) all the time, it can get plain old BORING! So switch it up if you can. Walk it in reverse (not backwards...you need to be facing forward...LOL), if you're not able to totally switch your route. If you're a treadmill junkie, then try to switch up the incline or your pace. Changing things up can go a long way toward keeping you motivated, and it may help get you through a plateau if you're feeling stuck.
