Awesome motivators and inspirations!

My biggest inspiration right now is one of my good friends...she's just come back to running after being out for several months due to IT Band and piriformis injuries. Now that she's back, she is going through the painstaking process of starting from scratch, all to be ready for a marathon in February. She shows me how determination can allow you to do anything!

Mine is fitting into my old wardrobe. Slowly, each article of clothing I use to fit into is fitting once again! Now, they may be two years out of style, but at least they fit. My biggest inspirations are my rewards... my next 10 lb loss wins me NEW (and in-style) clothes!!!! I can't wait!

My biggest inspiration right now is wanting to be a Bellingham Roller Bettie! I am currently going through their 9 week Booty Camp Tryout. Roller Derby makes me push myself to my limits. It is so fun=) And I want to be healthy for myself and family. I want to have a long happy life with the people I love!

Hi everyone! This week (8/23 - 8/29), your challenge is to write down your BIGGEST source of inspiration in meeting your fitness goals.

Last week, we covered our frustrations, and now it's time to turn it to the positive side of things. What is it that inspires you to keep going, even when things get frustrating, stuck, etc.?

Whatever it is, share it with us here. Sharing what inspires you may be an inspiration to someone else on the team. Let's motivate each other!

Happy running!
