Hi everyone! This week (8/16 - 8/22), your challenge is to write down your BIGGEST source of frustration in meeting your fitness goals.
Maybe you're stuck in a plateau. Maybe you're bored of doing the same thing day in and day out. Maybe you're gaining weight instead of losing weight (or vice versa).
Whatever it is, share it with us here. It really helps to put these kinds of things on paper, as seeing it staring you in the face in black and white makes it pretty difficult to ignore, doesn't it? And who knows...your frustration may be someone else's as well, and you could help each other get through it. Or maybe other members have been through the same thing and can give tips that worked for them. We are here to help each other and motivate each other, right?
I, for one, am finding that my biggest frustration right now is finding the ENERGY to exercise. My allergies are just so horrible right now, and one of my biggest allergy symptoms has always been fatigue...so finding the motivation to exercise is really hard for me when I feel like I have zippo energy, you know?
So come on...share your frustrations with us. Maybe it'll be just the kick in the pants you need to bust through it.
