I'm not going to make the 5 miles this week. I haven't ran since Monday because of a pretty severe pain in my right hip. I think it's a little better today. Going to keep resting and icing it for a few days and hopefully next week can get back into it.

Your challenge this week (8/2 - 8/8) is to run at least 5 miles. You can split it up however you want to, but try to get a minimum of 5 miles this week. Let us know how you do.
