For the week of 7/19 - 7/25, we want to challenge you to try a new recipe.
Sometimes we get comfortable eating the same things, day in and day out. When that happens, we can get bored and/or frustrated, which could lead to bingeing or abandoning healthy eating altogether.
Try looking up recipes here at SparkPeople...there are some amazing ones, and you can find recipes for pretty much anything you can think of. Or dust off one of your cookbooks you haven't used in awhile. Or maybe you could buy a new one to get some fresh ideas.
