It's that time of year where we are spending more and more time outdoors, enjoying the beautiful weather around the world.
This week, we encourage you to protect your skin from lots of sun. Use sunblock with an SPF of at least 30, protective clothing when you’re in sunlight for a prolonged period or limit sun exposure during the peak times of the day 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Those who get frequent sunburns should have their doctor check their skin regularly to detect for early signs of skin cancer.
