Our challenge for this week is to find at least one positive affirmation to say each day this week.

Positive thoughts can be one of the best ways to spur our motivation to the next level, especially when beginning a new running program. Finding one positive thing to say about each run I did when I first started running is a big part of why I am still running today.

We'd love to see what kinds of affirmations you come up with to use this week. Post them here, so we can all benefit from positive words!
