We are runners, or wanna-be runners, right? Of course we are! But it takes more than just running to achieve good health.

So, the challenge for this week is our water consumption. You can check in here each day, letting us know how much water you have drank for the day.

Let's aim for a minimum of 64 oz. of water per day. And by the way, did you know that the colder the water you drink, the more calories you burn? Hmmm....
