I haven't eaten well yesterday or today. But tomorrow I am weighing in, taking my measurements and on Sunday I start my 1/2 marathon training!!

I have to admit that I'm doing poorly with my food and water right now. I'm out of town for 2 more days and then I'll be back with my own good food again!

I didn't get all my water or fruits and veggies in yesterday. I'm out of town this week, and I do so much worse in those circumstances.

I've already and 3 fruits and veggies by 10 am today, so I'm on better track today thanks to this challenge.

I was over by 300 calories. Disappointing? Yes. But, much better eating today than all of last week. Tomorrow will be even better.

My challenge this week is to eat 5 fruits and veggies each day and drink 8 cups of water a day.

I also need to come up with a new goal to add to my monthly goals for January.

In Nov. I started with drinking 8 c of water and then in Dec. I added eating 5 fruits and veggies.

My challenge to myself is to go to the gym 5 days, keeps up on building up to running 3.1 miles without stopping and to add wii as extra exersize 5 times this week

I am going to track all my food and report each day if I am under or over on my calorie allotment. I took all of last week off ... and am very ready to get back on track.
